Airhead II

My husband comes home. After a while he looks around and asks, "Did we get any mail?" I answer, "I haven't seen any mail, I never even checked." He goes out to the mailbox to get the mail. He comes back empty handed. There wasn't anything. I say, "Well maybe Enigma got it." She wasn't home so he sent her a text. She responds, "Huh?" So, I go down to my office to work and there sits some mail on my desk. Mail that Enigma gave me earlier that afternoon. Nothing memorable, just a book that was a nice surprise, and a few offers. Turns out she remembered, she just didn't understand the garbled text message. Meanwhile, I'm thinking "What 's wrong with you brain mommy!" I offer my brain for research in early stages of Alzheimers.

That is okay- the other day I went to get the mail and then realized it was Sunday- no mail on Sunday. Oh the mommy brains!

I'm in that line with you. Alzheimers can happen in your early 30's, I'm sure of it.

Alzheimer's runs in our family. I'm pretty sure that forgetting things alone isn't as scary as forgetting and linking to your past. I could be wrong. My mind is already being taken over.

OMG I know that feeling. I get it when I try to do things like put my purse into the fridge
